A taste of Huntington Beach's local restaurant. Always a local favorite for breakfast and lunches. My favorite is the Mainstreet omelette with alfalfa sprouts, mushroom, onions and cheese. Great prices too.

It's always got a good crowd for breakfast but if you go to the back patio you can usually get a table. I wish they served mimosa but that's my only complaint.

Sugar Shack is a local Huntington breakfast hangout. It continues year to year because the food is hot and good, the service is quick and the coffee keep coming. Great for families! You can eat in or out on the patios in front or back. Would give 5 stars but for the fact that the waits can be long and... More

Eating outside at the Sugar Shack located a few blocks north or the Huntington Beach pier is a unique experience. The breakfasts and lunches are very generous and delicious; great home made food! There are usually long lines on the weekends so go early.

Popular breakfast spot in HB. Food is good and prices are reasonable. Be prepared for a wait, especially in the busy summer season.

The breakfast here is fantastic. All very fresh and cooked to order. The staff is young and loves to be of help. The lines are long, with very little room inside. But, that's OK because you don't want to eat inside. There is a lovely set up on the front, Main Street, sidewalk where you can watch all manner of... More

Sugar shack is our go-to spot for breakfast in downtown Huntington Beach. The food is traditional and plentiful. Sit outside if weather permits. During the warm season or weekends, the lines are long, so plan accordingly.

We asked a local where to get breakfast and he said hands down the sugar shack, so we took the recommendation and it was great. Yummy breakfast omelete with potatoes and great rye toast.

This cafe is the most busy on the street. They normally have a list outside that you write your name on and then wait for a table. It's worth the wait. Although we never waited more than 15-20 mins. There is also a list in the back so you can check what one is shortest an sit there. Mainly breakfast... More
