We enjoyed this convenient breakfast spot with a nice view of the surrounding gardens and wildlife while staying at the Inn at Schoolhouse Creek. I had the almond flour pancakes with roasted pears, simply scrumptious! The coffee is worth mentioning, too, as is the toasted walnut cinnamon bread. Friendly and caring waitress.

We stopped here for breakfast, so glad we did! Only regret we didn't try the doughnuts! The Breakfast was delicious, from almond pancakes to french toast, even the scrambled eggs where special! Who would have thought goat cheese in scrambled eggs, would taste so good! Would definitely go here again!

We ate here three mornings in a row and were thrilled every morning by the variety and quality of food selections and the quaint and warm environment. Birds, squirrels, rabbits and chipmunks will join you outside the window as you try out breakfast dishes you probably have never had before.

Delicious homemade sausage. They feed the critters in the morning so you can watch chipmunks, rabbits and birds dining also. Pretty cool

Deeelicious food from Circa '62. We got the breakfast burger which had hashbrowns on it so it automatically becomes the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. And we got the french toast! We were so full, but completely satisfied with the meal.

We tried this place as it was close to our hotel, I had the chiliquiles and it was yummy. My husband had a traditional breakfast. I would eat here again and probably order the same thing

We had a great breakfast at Circa '62. The choices on the menu are fantastic and varied, with everything as locally sourced as possible. We also loved the dog-friendly section of the restaurant and the dog menu. Our two dogs couldn't believe their luck when they got to share a plate of scrambled eggs and ground beef. We highly recommend... More

This fantastic little breakfast place is just a couple miles from our vacation rental home and I don't know how we missed trying it out for so long. The service was great and the food was amazing. Very hearty meal. I recommend the house made sausage. It was incredible. Oh, and nearly every table has a lovely view of the... More

We pulled in after playing with the dogs in sweats and hoodies. The rain had just blown out and the sweet smell of all the flowers filled the air. We walked in right as they opened and were able to choose our seat, and I chose the lottery of tables. As I sat drinking my bottomless mimosa I saw what... More

Open Daily at 8:00 + Open to the Public! In 1862, just ten years following the arrival of the first settlers on the Mendocino Coast (and a year before Lincoln's Gettysburg Address), mill owner and rancher Charles Perkins, built the Inn's historic Ledford Farmhouse. In 1888, Perkins built a mansion on the hill to the south of the Inn and, in so doing, renovated the farmhouse to give to his daughter as a wedding present. The coffered old growth redwood ceilings you see while dining at Circa '62 were added for the wedding and were quite the statement of affluence and style for the time. We do our best to live up to the beauty of Mr. Perkins home(yes, some of our guests and staff believe he's still here) by serving a great breakfast that shows off the best local stuff, has a sense of fun and is really just an extension of our own home... We can't wait to meet you!
