Good afternoon JohnFromNorway, We are so glad that you enjoyed your time at the restaurant. We do have a lovely view of Downtown Los Angeles, both in the daytime and especially at night. We are so sorry if you felt the area was too noisy for an intimate gathering. We hope to serve you better on your next visit. Warm... More

We went to PW24 on Feb4th with friends to celebrate their 30th anniversary . We made reservation for 7pm, When we arrived our table was ready. The view is amazing, the food is very good but In my opinion is a little bit overpriced. I payed $38 dollars for a shrimp plate with creamy rice. It was very good, but... More

I made a solo visit to this bar because I was hungry after a meeting. The bartender was attentive and the service was great. The food was amazing! You have to have the spring rolls, they are amazing! I also had a sushi roll, can't remember which one but that was great too. Everything was so good I came back... More

Celebrity chefs chefs cash in on the name and begin opening restaurants that are not as good as McDonald's and are a rip off. As example of is this restaurant. One year ago we went to this restaurant and had a wonderful experience of Peking duck and other Chinese food in a lovely ambience. This year we entered into a... More

What a debacle! I organised a surprise dinner for my mother's 60th birthday (I live in London and mum and dad live in Sydney) so wanted to celebrate at WP24 as it is a restaurant she has always wanted to visit. When I arrived for my confirmed reservation - I was told that the restaurant had been booked out for... More

Went to dinner with my super picky children. They all agreed that it was one of the best dinners we have ever had. My little guy loved the pork buns. Something for everyone and amazing quality and service.

The food was excellent. Outstanding, actually. The room is a disappointment. Cold. Not up to Wolfgang's standard. Nice view, but LA is not NY in terms of skylines. Service at the bar was very slow. At dinner service was fine. Very, very expensive.

You cannot get a better view of the city and have a good experience dining with the beautiful people of LA or at least having a drink as the place is not exactly inexpensive. But its a place to visit, because of the view and because it is a Wolfgng Puck restaurant.

First off: Parking. Although the address on the WP24 webpage takes you to Olympic; its really off Georgia(n), the Ritz Carlton valet entrance. Second, food was amazing. Get the lobster rolls! But, unfortunately, the hostess and wait staff were subpar: Really uncaring and unpolished. For a restaurant that was largely empty and charges about $100 and above a head, you... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering buildings, bustling streets, and industrial warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of cultures here with a growing influx of business professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts, bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly. Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants in the city leading the LA foodie scene, plus it is the location of cultural and sports venues including the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Staples Center, and the Coliseum at the University of Southern California.
