Still has fantastic happy hour for appetizers+amazing selection of beers at discounted price. Lots of TVs for sports. Excellent servers. Mariano, the general manager, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The early happy hour is from 3-6. There is also a late happy hour that starts at 10. Great place before an event at Staples Center or anything in L.A.... More
When we have business in LA, we always stay downtown (DTLA) because of the constant energy. The Yard House is one of our favorites and it is part of the LA Live complex. The service and food is always excellent even when it is jammed because of a Lakers or Kings game. It is unusual if I don't at least... More
My husband and I ate at the bar; service was fast and efficient. We got the prime rib dip with sweet potato fries and the mac and cheese. Both were amazing. The Caesar salad was great. One of the best places we ate at in LA.
Had amazing buffalo wings, mushroom pasta, tacos and steak here. The tomato bisque and clam chowder were also well packed with flavour and very delicious. Food was also reasonably priced compared with everything else in the area. However do come early or make reservations as this place can get really popular. Friendly staff and lively dining atmosphere, though a tad... More
We had some beer and appetizers before a game at the Staples Center. Wide selection of beer and appetizers served by a very friendly staff.
Huge menu and pretty good food, considering it's a chain. Place can get PACKED. Beware Lakers, Clippers, Kings games or any event at the Staples center. I love beer and they have a lot of it. Hence the "very good" review.
The place is located right next to the Marriott. Lots of seating. Lots of TV for watching sporting events. The food selection was good and the tasted good too.
The menu will accommodate beer drinkers, vegans, meet eaters, picky kids etc. Space is significant and there are tons of tvs, so it's a great spot to catch the game or other televised event. Service was mediocre. Lots of requests for sale, pepper, ketchup, water etc that required more than one request. Waiter left his shift while we were eating... More
