Had breakfast at Joni's this morning. Ordered corned been hash with 3 soft poached eggs, potatoes, and an English muffin. Also ordered 2 poached eggs, turkey sausage, potatoes, and a toasted English muffin. One of the eggs made it onto the plates softly poached, the others were hard poached. Turkey sausage was on the dry and tasteless side, never did... More

This place has something for everyone. Food ranges from delicious lox over English muffins smothered in hollandaise to South Beach pancakes. These could have used a little seasoning such as cinnamon or something! (Healthy doesn't have to be bland.) Everything else was delicious though. Coffee was great too. Outdoor seating area is roomy.

we walked to this restaurant from the Jamaica Bay Inn and had delicious breakfast that tasted like it was a home cooked meal. Lots of offerings, great coffee and very friendly service - is a locals joint and always busy!

First off the coffee is fantastic. Pour over fresh with Jamaica Blue Mountain or 100% Kona. At $6 for a 16-oz not your cheapest coffee in the area buy certainly the best. Also refills are only $1. I had a California Four Seasons Bowl with brown rice, egg whites, black beans, avocado and salsa. Service is fast and friendly, especially... More

A little bit like a canteen, but decent breakfast pancakes. Stopped in here for some pancakes after a morning stroll to Venice Beach. Seemed popular and busy - but definitely the lower end of the market!

Wonderful healthy food and amazing coffee. Funky, beachy atmosphere. Lots of locals eat here everyday - good place to take your pooch for breakfast or lunch.

Easy atmosphere, excellent and friendly service, and the only place in the immediate Marina Del Rey area where I was able to get GF pancakes. And they were great! If I ever go back to Cali I'm going back to Joni's.

Just wandered in looking for breakfast and were not disappointed. Cafeteria style counter order is quaint but efficient. Most importantly, the food quality and choice is quite excellent. French toast superb and special mention for the hash browns and orange juice. Back again tomorrow

This is a peculiar place in a good way. You order cafeteria style. Pick up your own knives/forks etc. Then they bring you your order where you're sitting. The eggs were good, the potatoes were ok and all in all a good experience. Very popular with the locals.

Not impressed. My Montecristo sandwich was dry and no Flavor. It's the few only places to walk to from where I'm staying so limited choice. Seems like A neighborhood place to grab coffee.. I would not come back.
