I'm from Ohio where this chain does not extend, (sadly), but when I get to California I never miss it!

The hamburgers and fries are cooked to order and the service is reasonably fast. Even if you see a line, do not panic. If there is a line, it is very orderly and multiple staff takes customers orders. The restaurant is clean as well as the rest rooms. The staff are friendly and cheerful. This is the thing I miss... This is always my first stop upon arrival to San Francisco. The weight is long but the food is worth it. Enjoy fresh burgers and fries and some milkshakes for a low price. I highly recommend it.

We went to this place around midday. Although there were people waiting for their food, we were greated and we were able to place our orders right away. Food was ready in less than 5 minutes. We love this place. Even if I had to wait, I would have enjoyed my food. It is delicious!

Best fast food hamburger you will ever get.Best fries also. The service is very fast and friendly.Everything you order is as fresh as can possibly be.Some times the line of cars will scare you but not to worry it is fast.

Went here solo. They were very busy but didn't take too long to get my food. Fries are good. Shake is good. Burger was ok, fresh for sure and good for the price. Good location next to airport.

This is an ok burger joint. The long lines suggest this might be good but I must admit, I don't know what the hype is all about. A bit chaotic and a long wait for an average burger, cold fries and mediocre shake. Glad I tried it to have the experience. I won't again.

Wow. After hearing about how great In-N-Out burger was from so many people I had high expectations. And was really let down. The burger is fresh, yes. But that is it. The bun is average, the toping are uninspired, and frankly very narrow in choice. The menu is limited. And the service as this particular place is slow. And to... More

In-N-Out burger offers a good quality burgers and fries at very reasonable price ($8 for a Double Cheeseburger, Fresh Cut Fries and a Drink) . Get it Animal Style if you like grilled onions and Spread (In-N-Out Sauce) on your burger and fries. I'm must stop into one at least once to every time I'm on the West Coast. They... More
