I know it was Valentine's Day and all but my wife and I and another couple went to Flemings in Fashion Island and the restaurant was very busy as you would expect on Valentines day. We did NOT eat from a preset menu. We ordered off the regular menu. First off we brought our own 3 bottles of wine. They... More

My husband took me here tonight for Valentines day. He had made a reservations and it was packed. Loved the s and romantic dim light. The Caesar salad was simple and delicious and the right temperature,COLD!!!! The Fillet Mignon was a little dry and chewy, but Then , I ordered mine, "well". The cream Brûlée nicely completed our dinner. A... More

Yes, the food was very good. Steak was done just right. Potato was covered with goodies. Caesar salad was odd with capers in the salad. Service was "go through the motions". Walking through the restaurant it looked like a lot of expense account meals.

In my Newport Beach stays over the last 25 years I've made many visits to area steakhouses ..Ruth's Chris would have probably been the favourite , closely followed by Mortons or Mastros depending on who served the best meal last .. All three are fairly interchangeable , offer a similar dining experience and premium quality steak .. Then I read... More

We enjoyed dining at Flemings from the attentive service to the prime dry-aged steak which was tender and flavorful, as it should be. We had numerous sides, all of which were good... but then had a pang of guilt when the check arrived; definitely a splurge. $394 (plus tip) for 3 of us... and we only had 1 drink each... More

Came for Sunday dinner. They have a great deal on a prime rib 3 course. Roni our waitress was fabulous. We never wanted for anything and the manger came by several times. A little pricey for what you get, but great ambiance

We celebrated a family birthday with 3 generations here. With the exception of being seated close to the front door and a cold draft entering which was uncomfortable for my 86 year old mother, it was an almost perfect meal. The serving staff was knowledgeable, unobtrusive yet approachable, and professional. We were never rushed at any point and felt comfortable... More

We went on a Sunday night for the prime rib. The place was packed. We started with their version of Caesar salad, which they should call something else because it doesn't have any of the traditional ingredients except for romaine lettuce. I think fried capers are a mindless invention. But the salad was tasty and interesting. We split the prime... More

I have eaten dinner at this restaurant on two occasions...it never disappoints. Unfortunately my husband and I did not have reservations so we had to sit at the bar. The dinner consisted of 1 petite filet, 1 filet with bone in, Fleming's Potatoes, 1 baked potato, 2 martinis, and a mojito. Total price without tip was 185.70. Although the dinner... More

Flemings in my opinion is one of the best steakhouses on the west coast. It is great for any occasion. Over the years, it never disappoints. It is also a good for fine dining aswell well as a lighter bites offered at the bar with cocktails. Be prepared to go early on the weekends if you want to get a... More
