We had not been to Dominic's for awhile, but we were excited when friends invited us to meet for dinner! Dominic's is a fixture in Oxnard. They are no longer open for lunch, but they open at 4:00 p.m. 7 days a week. You will not be disappointed with anything you order. The hot bread is wonderful. We all tried... More

We pulled up and half the people wanted to leave and we said give it a chance. I am so gals they did. The calzone was one of the better I have ever had and all 10 of us loved our food. The place is not much to look at from the outside however the inside is warm and the... More

A must visit at Dom's to try the pizza. Pastry style crust is out of this world. Try not to order topping that produce to much water tho, you don't want a soggy crust. Meat lover style pizzas are the best, if you can handle the massive amounts of deli goods.

The food is terrific. We had the eggplant parmigiano, spaghetti with homemade sausage, and cheese ravioli was split between my two girls. We also had a an antipasto for 2. Portions are large. The eggplant was by far excellent. The homemade sausage was tasty and not greasy. The homemade bread really makes the meal. The ambiance is good for a... More

Good Italian menu and authentic. Service is very good. Parking is all behind the building off the alley.

Dominicks is definitely our "go to place" when we are visiting friends in Oxnard. We have been enjoying their food and friendly staff for at least 20 years plus. Great antipasto salads, pizza, and everything Italian. Can't forget the warm bread!

Ate here last night... We wanted the steak because we heard it was so good. They didn't have it. So we ordered the Veal Cutlet Parmigiana. It was good for Southern California but nothing near what they have in Italy! I would recommend this place to anyone that is interested in casual Italian dinning. The building is amazing!

For those of you who have been around the Oxnard Plains for any length of time, you know Dominic's. The Henggler family owned business. Best Italian food in the city. If you have not yet tried it, it's a must. It's one of those places you go when you have family visiting.

I can't believe I had never eaten here!! I had a beach day with family, then headed to Dominick's for dinner. Sat in a quiet booth, it was 5ish, so no dinner rush yet. The Dominick's chicken dish with pasta was divine!! Paired it with a white wine, and I was in pasta heaven.
