Stopped in for happy hour....our favorite activity and loved the food. We first sat in the restaurant, but the staff suggested the bar since we didn't want to eat that much food. He then came over to see how we liked it. Wow, love Palm Springs.

We have eaten at Zin a few of times and really enjoyed the Zin experience. We took two visitors to lunch. We were told that the prime corner table was reserved but no one sat there for the hour or so that we were there. It seemed like it was being saved for the see and be seen crowd. Of... More

We are visiting Palm Springs for 5 weeks, twice into our vacation we have eaten here. The food is super delicious, the service is spectacular and we totally love this place.

We picked this restaurant for lunch because it wasn't too crowded, and the menu looked good. The beef stew was excellent; many levels removed from ordinary, topped with tender fresh green beans. It was nice to have a good bread basket offered at lunch.

Dropped in here one night while looking for a decent steak. Wasn't disappointed at all! The food and the wine were 9/10 but the staff get a 10/10.

This was our first visit, and it was generally enjoyable. We thought our food was good, nicely presented, and fairly priced. I particularly enjoyed the wild mushroom soup, which I thought was amazing. Our service was good, other than one lapse. Our server and the team were attentive, able to answer questions, and generally did well. However, at one point... More

Thought everything was OK. Food good, not great, service OK, ambiance fairly good because of inside / outside options. One dinner of soup / salad and the other chicken schnitzel. Nothing special stood out with either meal. Thought the prices were a bit high for the quality of the meal. Charged for a glass of wine we didn't order which... More

Wendy, Thank you for taking the time to review but a little confused about the wine. Did this come off your check and if not please contact me directly by email to correct this. I would never want someone to leave paying for something they didn't receive. zin1ps@yahoo.com Please put your name in the subject line so I see it... More

On a wonderfully sunny Sunday afternoon in downtown Palm Springs, outdoor dining in a European setting just called to us: Zin American Bistro. Late lunch and we loved it. We arrived just before the kitchen closed for lunch to flip over to dinner menu, but they were kind enough to serve us and let us linger over our cocktails. I... More

Great freshly fried sand dabs on a bed of rice, which was well seasoned and kale. It was really delicious. Nice wine choices by the glass. My only criticism was a bib lettuce salad supposedly with Humboldt fog goat cheese. The salad looked beautiful, plated as a rose but there was barely any goat cheese on it and overly dressed...
