This is a very pleasant place for an early dinner after a matinee performance at the Pasadena Playhouse. The shush margaritas were delicious. Several of our group ordered the portabella mushroom burger. It's yummy. Unfortunately, some in our party ordered the ahi tuna burger and had to send them back. This was a Sunday evening, and apparently the fish was... More

This restaurant has been a favorite for years - it's changed a little when the children of the owners took over, but it seems to have retained a lot of its charm. Their Diane Salad is now the only thing I order, though I have always had delicious entrees!

I always order the Dianne salad which I love- portions are huge so I choose the luncheon size- comes with sinful zucchini bread. The service and atmosphere are pleasant - my husband likes the tuna burger. Well priced dining experience with expansive menu options.

The Quinoa Burger was pretty good, however, it comes with a thick slab of grilled green pepper that is slimy and way over cooked. The actual patty was really good though. Friendly staff and ok service. A bit pricy for the quality IMO.

Wow. I had the Spinach omelet and boy was it delicious and hearty. This is not the stick-a-couple-of-spinach-leaves-in-some-overcooked-eggs omelet. This was a perfectly cooked omelet with gobs of sautéed spinach and cheddar cheese that would satisfy even the heartiest of appetites. Service was superb. My waiter was Brian and he had this amazing air of helpfulness and kindness that just... More

This spot is more of a local hang out that is sort of a Classy Cafe. A very extensive menu for all types of eaters, good service and the food is excellent. Our stop was for a late breakfast and we will return the next time we are in Pasadena for lunch.

We have been going to Green Street for many years and always enjoy the food. I am probably addicted to the Diane Salad, a simple mixture of lettuce and chicken. Every once-in-a-while we have to go have a Diane fix. It's an amazing salad and the portions are too generous. The atmosphere is very comfortable; however, noisy at times. drinks... More

Only went here for late Friday breakfast but discovered sensible real food with minimal fussiness. Clean plain atmosphere and attentive service. Cobb omelet was inventive and tasty, zuke bread lived up to its rep, and hash browns could have been hotter instead of room temp. Plan on returning for dinner as pix look good.

This is hands down our favorite hometown restaurant. It's a Pasadena institution, best known for their elaborate & yummy salads--accompanied by housemade zucchini bread. Breakfast/brunch is great, too. When the weather's nice, the large patio is the place to be.

Perennial favorite for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Good choices for adults and kids; good seating inside or (on a nice day) outside as well. Prompt and efficient service; varied drinks menu.
