Chicken Ramen would be a staple of a ramen house, right? If so, AjisenRamen was doing a terrible job on a principle dish the night i visited. Do you know what old chicken tastes like? When you wish you had thrown it away instead of saving it for one more day? and more, after eating even part of it, you... More

I like the ramen with combination of pork, corn, egg and soft ribs, The portions are big, i would say good for 2. the broth is very flavorful and they give you refill but not as the best as the original broth. Highly recommended. Prices are reasonable. best service as well.

This is a chained restaurant so we were somewhat skeptical. As it turned out, we were nicely surprised with the food and service. The ramen menu was simple but solid. As we all know, the soup is the soul of ramen. Their soup is quite comparable to that we typically have in the traditional ramen restaurants in Tokyo. There are... More

My hubby commented that the Volcano Ramen is very spicy but I still wish it can be more, like what I taste before... The broth is salty to me but worked with the spiciness and... More

Having lived off of ramen for most of my college life and traveled to every asian coutry eating my way thru noodle soups as they are my favorite food I think myself a expert on the subject of noodles. Ajisen ramen is way up there, almost with Pho and Hakata Ramen. The noodles must be hand made because something about... More

Clean ramen restaurant. Decent ramen, less than spectacular gyoza.

I went to this place because it serves a vegetarian ramen. The veg ramen was quite good, but my fiance is in love with the premier pork ramen. The prices are fair--about $7 per bowl. Be prepared to get broth all over your shirt!
