My wife and I joined friends for our first visit to the Restaurant. To acquaint ourselves with the menu, we viewed their website. That was a total waste of time. We arrived early and waited for our friends. When they arrived they were not happy with the direct bright sun, so we moved to another table, bringing our Wine bottle,... More

My wife and I were meeting our daughter in the general area of the train depot and deciding where to eat once we wandered around to see all the choices. Boy, did we find a place for us! My daughter and I finally just looked up at each other and laughed. We could have ordered everything on the menu and... More

we had stopped in for mothers day brunch and decided to come back for dinner. the food is excellent. on both occasions the service was a bit slow. they are friendly and knowledgable but they dont seem to come around much to refill water or check on timing for ordering desserts, or main courses. both times we had parties of... My daughter and I were underwhelmed by the food presentation, service and overall gourmet experience at this recommended restaurant. Our server treated us as an afterthought, forgot place settings for our appetizers, my daughter said wine was just "ok". An expensive lunch that will not be repeated at this establishment. My daughter was offended by the rolling of the server's... More

Late lunch here was so good. The facciccia was so good for the sandwiches & flatbread. Fresh fillings & vegs. Several different types of fries, including lemon truffle. Very pleased. The outdoor patio was glorious on a beautiful day.

I have been wanting to try this place since I moved to SJC. This is a really lively place specially for dinner in the summer. They have a big outdoor sitting in the back that have patio heaters. The hostess area is towards the entrance to the patio which is odd since you have to walk the length of the... More

Quaint town, can not wait to go back to stay for a weekend. Easy to walk around and lots of cute little shops to pop into.

Wandered into this place by chance just for the wine tasting. 5 samples for $15. We liked all the dry reds we tasted and also one of their Chardonnays. Met the owner who also had us try another sample. Interior was rustic in design and outside likewise with a beautiful fireplace. Server was very friendly and enthusiastic. Unfortunately we couldn't... More

I'm sick of restaurants that charge top dollar yet deliver so little with all their portion control. A $15 glass of wine is less than half the glass. The owner claims 6 oz. so don't order a glass. Food is delicious as usual but a lot of oil. Ask for less oil. Cold here in winter and not much seating... More

The food was untimately expensive and the wine pricey. They did offer great selection of wine though
