I found this place using TripAdvisor as I was visiting Santa Cruz and wanted Mexican. I have to disagree with all the reviews that favorably rate this place. First, it is not really a restaurant. It is a snack bar. You order at the counter and pick up your food at the counter when your order is ready. Silverware is... More

Baja tacos were fantastic and the cajun burrito on spinach wrap was out of this world. The salsa bar was fresh and had a nice assortment of flavors. The serving sizes are ample and the prices are very fair. If I lived in SC this would be my go to place for lunch.

Great little place off the beaten path of downtown Santa Cruz. Food was amazingly fresh and tasty. It's not a flashy place, but the food was so good and we even ordered some of the tasty salsa to go. Walk a few blocks and check out this place!!

We have been here twice in a 3-days visit and we have had here the best Mixican food ever! Especially the crispy taco and nachos grande are so good!

Wow, this was great food and versatile for our various diets--one carnivore and two vegetarians. The food was fresh, the vegetables in the burritoes were cooked just right, the salsa was great and the prices were so reasonable! Hard tacos were crunchy and delicious too. If we lived in Santa Cruz, this would definitely be a restaurant that we would... More

We were looking for a place to eat something a little lighter and cheaper since we'd had a nice big lunch. This place fit the bill! It is like Chipotle, but with many other options. You might want to check out the menu online before you go so you're not standing and reading the extensive menu for a long time.... More

Full meal nicely wrapped in your choice of tortillas or in a bowl. Try the Thai Chicken Burrito $ 5.25 Charbroiled chicken breast sautéed in fresh curry peanut sauce with cucumbers. YUMMY! Nice salsa bar with cilantro and limes.

Price is right. Place has been updated and provides great fresh and reasonably priced burritos. Salsa bar has fresh offerings, generous with taco chips too.

Great FRESH everything! Try a buritto with a spinach tortilla and mixed black and pinto beans, add the meat of your choice and you won't be disappointed. Mmm!
