Once again Saxon impresses me with the quality of its entrees and offers some new ones. This time Scallops con Quinoa and Second de Carne were fantastic. People next to us raved about their Sudado de Pescado

I have a friend who owns a local restaurant and that is my normally go-to place; however, it was closed on Tuesday, so we ventured out to try something different. Found Sazon on TripAdvisor and with all the good reviews, went to try it out. Arrived around 1:15 p.m. and there was plenty of seating (granted this was the week... More

The ceviches here are for the most part very good. One I tried was a bit too acidic, but the others were good. I can't be sure, but I think that overly acidic flavor was maybe to mask that it wasn't the freshest, because the next day I got pretty sick. My husband didn't, but he's allergic to shrimp and... My daughter and I have loved Sazon for 6+ years, now my little granddaughters join us while enjoying the wonderful food and atmosphere of this terrific restaurant. We really love the Lomo Saltado with the beef. Mmmmmmm, that wonderful stir fry juice dripping down the plate into the rice is incredible and the steak strips are delicious!! The staff is... More

I'm so glad I let other reviews guide me to this restaurant. This little hole in the wall has fantastic Peruvian food. The beef stuffed potato croquettes were absolutely fantastic.

The owner is informative & eager to please. This restaurant has a casual vibe, but does provide table service. It has a good following, so expect a wait for a table unless you go during off hours. I particularly enjoyed their ceviche. This was a great find.

Sazon is Spanish for "seasoning" and synonymous with incredible Peruvian cuisine! We combine family recipes with great service for amazing dining. Peruvian cuisine is a reflection of Peru's diverse geography, immigrant cultures, and even pre-Inca recipes! With a truly unique fusion of cultures, you'll taste dishes with hints of Spanish, African, Italian, and even Asian cuisines. At Sazon, our family serves authentic Peruvian recipes passed down by our great-grandmother, Maria Olinda, who herself boasted Peruvian, African, Spanish, and Italian ancestry! We invite you to share one of our unforgettable Ceviches with a co-worker at lunch; with 7 to choose from including a classic Ceviche Mango or the Ahi Ceviche Nikei with ahi tuna, you're sure to escape your workday stresses. Or bring loved ones for dinner to indulge in the amazing Pollo a la Brasa, free-range chicken marinated with a house blend of traditional Peruvian spices! Whether you're joining us for lunch or dinner, with friends or family, we invite you to savor the unique Peruvian flavors at Sazon!
