Great place to visit and gets crowded and parking lot is pretty much full. Great atmosphere and can get noisy though.

Nice decor and a very entertaining staff. Bartender Seth was great fun. Prices reasonable as well. Only ate the fried rice but it was very good.

The food was not great. Very bland. Like something you would get from a run down, bad, takeout place that was then dumped onto a nice dish. They have cloth napkins, some statues, decent ambiance but the food was bad. I mean, I don't know what I was expecting but I guess I was thinking it would be something slightly... More

Can you possibly over salt every dish? The short answer is yes. Mongolian beef tough almost no onions salty to the point of not getting any flavor. The Kung pao and the fried rice overpowered by salt. Time for corporate to bring in real Asian chefs to make real Asian cuisine. Now I know why we love Chef Chus in Los... More

I've been eating at P.F. Changs for years and have loved their food. Unfortunately, Palo Alto is a very difficult location because the servers, cooks, and other staff cannot afford to live in the area leaving a shortage of help and high turnover. I'll keep coming back, but I hope they can find a creative way to retain staff and... More

Stood the test of time, but used to be much better. The traditional dishes are still tried and tested.

Despite the hype about Cecilia Chang, PH Chang's food is more for American, not authentic for Chinese. They taste pretty good though if you don't know what it is supposed to be. But many dishes used the same sauce. I like the steamed sea bass.

We regularly go to PF Chang's and love the food. The servers are extremely friendly and attentive. I also enrolled in their rewards program and love the perks.

PF Chang's is fine. It's just expensive for "fine". I've been there three times. I enjoyed the food....until the bill came. There are places who earn that check and to me, PF Changs it not one of them. My recommendation, drive15 minutes down the road to Chef Chu's in Los Altos instead....but I have to say, I love their tempura... More
