I heard about this ramen restaurant and never thought to go here. I guess because it's in a food court in Mitsuwa. Well, we finally tried it and it was very good. I got the shoyu ramen and ikura/salmon rice bowl. Have to go back and try some others.

Nothing Fancy, couple of set menus, easy to select even for non Japanese. Can´t go wrong. For more authentic way to serve Ramen, you will need to go to Japan, my favorite Miso Ramen

We come here whenever we come to the LA area to visit friends. This place is conveniently located in the food court of a plaza/complex connecting to the Mitsuwa market. I enjoy having lunch here and then browsing the market. They offer various broth options, portion size and even combos. I personally like the spicy miso since I like spicy... More

They have different set options. My favorite is D set. I just order it every time. The staff were friendly. I gave four star because of CASH only. You Need to bring cash. if you do forget there's an ATM right next to "treasure hunt" store inside mitsuwa.

Surprising find inside the Mitsuwa market food court. Noodles cooked just right and tasty salt based broth. They only accept cash but nothing bigger than a $20.

Located inside the Mitsuwa marketplace, this is identical to the Santa Monica location. Traditional ramen and rice combos. Cash only. You eat in the food court after preserving at the counter. Different size and price options available. Good choice for lunch or dinner. Open later, typically until 9pm. I typically stop when in town.

No matter how many different ramen stands I try, Santouka remains my favourite - and my highest recommended spot to those getting acquainted with real ramen. I am a devotee of the Shio Cha Shu Ramen (about $11) - this means creamy salt broth ramen with extra pork. I always add an egg for $2 extra and waddle out happy... More

Really can't go wrong with Santouka. It is in the Mitsuwa market's food court. You order at the counter and then wait for them to call your number to pick up the food. Flavor and noodle are consistent. You could ask for less salt and less oil, which is what I do. The "set" is the best deal and I... More

I was driving through Torrance on my way to San Diego. A friend told me if I was ever near Torrance I should visit this place because the Ramen was great. And he was not wrong, the Salt Ramen was very good, in fact it was some of the best Ramen east of Tokyo (BHO), I tried the branch i... More

Being in the neighborhood, I checked online to see which establishment had good reviews. This place was one that came up top. I'm not a regular ramen eater, but I will definitely come back when in the area. Very tasty. I had the spicy ramen minus the mushrooms. Ordered the small size, but if your hungry, order the medium or large... More
