We went to the Seaside Palace for dinner with friends on their recommendation. The restaurant is lovely inside - heavily draped windows, long tables down the center, booths around the outside, a man singing on a stage. We had the combination platter as an appetizer - all good, nothing special. I ordered the chicken and steak kebab and my friend... More

The food and service were acceptable. However, too much Saffron and spices will upset the stomach and might make you sick unless you are used to this type of food and like it. We noticed that the male owner was sitting at a table across from us and kept starring at female customers which made us very uncomfortable. Inappropriate starring... More

Went for lunch, place was almost empty. Tried the lunch special, half a chicken kabob with rice, a stewed tomato, and a piece of cold pita bread. We were disappointed, won't be going back. Food was average at best, nothing special.

With friends having a nice birthday dinner. Another large group had most of the room. Food was quite nice. I was already planning ahead what i would order next visit. Then came the bill -- higher than expected. Upon inspection, i had been charged MORE for BOTH my entree and drink PLUS a split plate charge and my husband (not... More

My ex wife and I used to come here. The sabzi pollo and the fesenjun are my favorites. Wash it all down with some chai and enjoy the belly dancers.

Seaside is close to my work. So I frequent it. I asked the owner if meat is halal and his answer was yes. I proceeded to ask is it 100% halal, to which he replied we mix halal meat with regular so it makes all of it halal. Needless to say that was my last visit. Place is well appointed,... More

Having never been to a Persian restaurant and wanting to broaden my culinary envelope, I set sail for the Seaside Palace Restaurant. It seems to be a favorite of the local Persian community and is certainly worth a visit for the uninitiated. First of all, sailing there would be highly problematic since the location is decidedly landlocked. The palace part... More

They've got all the different rice options, kabobs, koobideh, lentil soup, etc...and they even have some of the stews like fesenjoon and gourmet sabzi and it's all delicious but it's pretty pricey as well. Portion size is large but that's pretty standard practice for Persian places.

The food is great here. It's fresh, delicious, and the portions are large. My husband and I usually end up taking half of it home. We love the game hen and some of the specialty rices like the ones with barberries and another with lentils and dates. The prices are reasonable and the staff is terrific.
