On a day trip from Valencia to El Palmar, which I would recommend to any visitor to Valencia, we ended our time there, having done the idyllic boat trip and wandered around the small, sleepy village, with a visit to the Bon Aire restaurant for the famous El Palmar paella. Our food and wine were excellent. Service was good and... More

This is an amazing place - we were sat outside in the sunshine and there was a buzz in the air that made everything feel exciting and fun (as did the sangria!). The staff were all really friendly and happy to explain what things were. We had the all i pebre (eels from the nearby lake) and roman squids, both... More

We came here just for tasting the real paella, and it didn't let us down. Tasty and well cooked. Met expectations. The waiter was nice as well.

Went here for the first time with a large group of friends and family. Large restaurant with lots of room, but busy and obviously struggling to keep up with the many customers. The tapas were awesome!! We had some bravas, calamari of several varieties....all exceptional! The waiter seemed alarmed at the amount of tapas we ordered he didn't believe we... More

Thank you very very much sir. We always try to cook as best we can. And we do not like to deceive the tourist, on the contrary, we want them to leave our house having tried the authentic essence of Valencia More

..... in a small town that is rammed full of restaurants! We pushed the boat out and had the Albafera 28€ menu. It was all very well cooked, including authentic paella. Beware however - we thought you chose a starter each from the list of five but in fact you get all of them! The restaurant is very well presented... More

Incredible rices you can find in this restaurant. If I have to recommend you a couple of them, the smoothie lobster rice and smoothie foie rice. Probably is not the cheapest place, but definitely worthy.

I am a local, and I guarantee this place is great and authentic. The food is top quality, well done, and it is REAL Valencian food (unlike most paella joints in downtown Valencia city). The service is very friendly and nice. Arroz a banda (cooked with seafood broth) is very tasty. Their cod fish croquetas and patatas bravas, one of... More

We'd taken the bus from Valencia to try the local cuisine and take a boat trip. We ended up at Bon Aire and enjoyed the experience. Thee menu of the day was well priced at €20. We got a selection of starters including squid, mussels, tuna salad, ham and cheese and local breads. These were all well cooked. We shared... More

Family run small Gulf front hotel. Staff helpful. The tiki bar has best burgers on the beach. Older but not rundown. Renovations n progress but do not bother the guests. Can b a little noisy during season if your room is next to bar, but these are all returning guests catching up on their year apart. Can rent long term... More

We had lunch there on a Sunday, with two small children. The food was really good, especially the senyoret paella and the homemade dessert. And they were really kind with the children, which, unfortunately, does not happen everywhere. I would really recommend it! Oh, and really nice "all&pebre" too!!!
