Enjoy panoramic views, contemporary Colorado cuisine, award winning wine menu, fantastic service and live dinner music. A crackling fireplace sets the mood. Chef David Gutowski was recently invited to present dinner at The James Beard House in Manhattan where he cooked each course with Colorado meats, cheeses fish and produce. The dinner was sold out before it hit the calendar. Come and enjoy the cuisine of this rising star!

Don't let the understated, tasteful decor fool you. Expect excellent service and a consistently interesting blend of flavors. The food is far more creative than the restaurant's interior designer. In the bar, you'll find the pianist knocking out some classics. I love the food and...More

The concierge at our hotel recommended this restaurant for dinner recently. The decor and view are lovely, and our food was good. However, the restaurant was so loud that we could barely have a conversation at our table, and the waiter appeared rushed and somewhat...More

Easily the most disappointing dinner we had at BC, including dining at Wyld, Mirabelles, Zach Cabin and Vin 48. It was also the second most expensive, behind Mirabelle. Pros: excellent wait staff - from beginning to end. All of our menu choices were based on...More

Made reservations for family during our stay at the lodge. Wine selection was good, snacks were delicious, and entrees as well. Service was great, and had no delays. Live music was nice and ambient great. Dim lighting and not loud. I would visit again.

Had a wonderful time at the Grouse as usual. The filet special was amazing which was served with a delicious lobster croquette, service attentive and the manager checked on us to make sure all was good. We will be back.

Phenomenal. Moroccan sweet potato soup was amazing, as were the Brussels sprouts appetizer. The filet was also great. Impeccable service as always.

So happy to return. Another great experience. Food was fabulous. The elk chop was to die for. Service was top notch, but the manager Erin was a bit frazzled and luckily she didn’t spoil the experience. I will stop here anytime I am in the...More

Grouse Mountain Grill offers a reduced dinner menu but all items are high quality. One fish, salmon, one steak, one pasta, one pork... all really good. Snacks and appetizers also very good. Extensive and high quality wine list. Overall this is one of the best...More

They do! My niece has celiacs and GmG did accommodate her. Just make sure you let them know when making reservations.
