I came here on a Thursday morning. We were seated within 5 minutes. I had the flight of pancakes. I was able to pick from any of the listed ones so I picked the sweet potato, molten chocolate, and pineapple upside down pancakes. They were ahhhh-mazing. And let's not forget the hash browns. The people I was with, raved about... More

I love their breakfast tacos and pancakes. The corn tortillas hold together nicely. Great with chorizo. The pancakes are a house specialty. Always a busy, friendly place.

Snooze has a pretty cool atmosphere and decent food. Quality ingredients and interesting spin on typical breakfast food. The only downside of Snooze is the hype. It's so busy even on weekdays that you'll typically wait 45-60 minutes for food that's fairly average for Boulder. Here you can find so many good and local options for breakfast or brunch. However,... More

I had the Ham Benedict III and it was so incredibly good. I usually have a hard time finishing entire meals when I go out to eat, but here I just gobbled up the whole thing and nearly licked the plate too. It was pretty packed inside, it was a 15 to 30 minute wait for a table, but I... More

Have not been to Snooze in a while; trips, vacation, etc., so decided to dine at my favorite AM eatery here in Boulder. Late lunch with no line would be great. Got there to find no line and only one other table taken. Ordered simple fare, so as to eat quickly & get on with my day. The food came... More

Great breakfast place. All kinds of different delicious looking dishes to choose from. Good atmosphere. We treated ourselves to vodka and orange juice with whip cream...because we were on vacation. :) Our family enjoyed everything we ordered.

I loved my visit to Snooze. First, it was very nice from the aesthetic point of view. The cups and dishes felt good in the hand. It was nice to look at as well. They specialize in different types of eggs Benedict and pancakes. So we tried the classic EB and the Benny Goodman EB. Both were excellent but I... More

Can't believe this place was below my radar until a glorious meal this morning in Boulder. I had the best Benedict with a wonderful surprise of a cornmeal base rather than an English muffin. Here is the best part. My partner's burrito arrived cold so we asked them to heat it up. They do not have a microwave so sent... More

Visiting from Southern Cal. Saw this on Trip advisor and my brothers family had never been here. The menu, service, cleanliness, food were all excellent. Virtually everything on the menu sounded good. The first visit was so good we had to come back before I left for CA. And easy walking distance to the Pearl Street mall. It was crowded... More
