We really loved everything about this restaurant; food was outstanding, we did the Quattro Piatti menu, everything was perfectly plated and flavors were flawless. I would say if you love food & wine and your in Boulder, it's a must!! If your lucky enough to cross paths with Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey and Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson, they will intrigue... Both... More

We come to Frasca every time we are in Boulder and it never disappoints, which means it never dips below excellent. The service is exquisite, from the greeting at the door, to being shown to the table, to the waiters and of course the sommelier. This is one of the few restaurants where I just ask the sommelier to pair... More

One of the best restaurants in Colorado. Fantastic food and service. The tasting menu (with or without wine pairing) is the way to good and fantastic deals can be found by dining here on Monday evenings. As the old saying goes - you get what you pay for and this is worth every penny.

Not the place for ordinary Italian dining, but if you want outstanding exquisite gourmet Italian food, this is the best. Outstanding wine selection. Outstanding service. Not cheap as it was a four course dinner for $95 but well worth it

Their knowledge of Friuli, the food and wine, is amazing. Small plates, so ordering the Quattro makes for a nice evening.

Amazingly excellent restaurant. Superb service the waiters are so inconspicuous but right there when the water or wine in ones glass dropped a bit. . Flatware constantly updated for food to come. Food fresh and creative.

This is just such a good restaurant, travelling from Belgium every month this will be my regular escape from burgers and other calorie food. Excellent Italian kitchen, well paired wines and super service.

The service is superb. The wines are wonderful matches. The scallops were divine. Frasca has a new pastry chef who is creating amazing treats to top off a luxurious evening.

Frasca is owned and run by Bobby Stuckey, Master Sommelier, and executive chef Lachlan Mackinnon Patterson. These guys both came from French Laundry in Napa Valley years ago, they moved to Boulder and started Frasca. This is some of the best gourmet food you will ever have, and the service is over the top. If you go once, Bobby will... More
