This is the best Mexican food over all in COLORADO, they also have my man Alfredo who is the best ever! It is a must do and a must see.

After the departure of Sol Azteca, we've been looking for an authentic, local, affordable Mexican restaurant. Papusas Sabor Hispano has almost filled that niche. We can get a delicious meal for the whole family for a very reasonable price. We just have to be sure...More

(Second attempt to post... It originally loaded my pic but not my review...) My husband and I were driving through Boulder (in 2012) and stopped to eat at Pupusas Sabor Hispani. The place has a traditional Mexican decor... Looks small upon entering but they have...More
