Considering where you are, in the middle of the Rockies and thousands of miles from any ocean, the sushi is decent. This place has a good atmosphere for late night and has some happy hour specials after 9pm. Comparing the food to "good" sushi in a big city, it is definitely sub-par, but was enough to satisfy a craving for... More

I don't know where to begin. I'll admit I'm a sushi snob, but I didn't come here expecting Nobu. And I certainly didn't get it. As a guest, the first question you have to ask yourself is, how do you feel about a ski bum making sushi? And, if you're a "sushi chef" and you would like to make tips,... More

Never had a poke bowl before and this one was great. Of course I can't remember the name but tender tuna, rice, avocado and what tasted like a teriyaki sauce. It was great!! Also the pork "dumplings" (can't remember the name) were great and came in a nice presentation.

Very limited nigiri sushi. Only has a few rolls as well. The rolls they do have we quite tasty! The miso soup was very rich flavor, highly enjoyed it!

A welcome change from the pubgrub and cafe offerings that dominate most of Copper village. Good menu selection, quality sushi rolls, above-average service. Sushi bar, high-tops, and regular tables are available for every type of customer. Came here with my mother, but I would've felt comfortable eating here solo as well. Also the only place hopping on a Monday night.

It was lovely to find a place in Copper Mountain where the food tasted fresh, extremely flavoursome and with excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend this place. An excellent place to spend Valentines night.

Enjoyed our meal here. Staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. Had a nice NZ Sav Blanc on the menu too. Recommend.

This is a very bustling place where you can meet up for appetizers or a full dinner. Everything I have had here is excellent. The chef puts together some very interesting dishes!

Pretty good. Sadly no sushami which is pretty sad for a Japanese restaurant. Everything else is pretty good though. Not cheap but certainly the pick at Copper. Staff friendly service good. We did arrive about 5 mins before opening and we're told we had to wait..... Flexibility people. Business is business had we been anywhere else we would have left.... More

Great sushi, great service, and location! All things on the menu are good and the kids menu looked pretty yummy for little ones. Great for Asian food lovers.
