When walking in, I saw things where not clean, lights not working and dirty over the buffet, ceiling fixtures were covered in dirt and dust, looks like they have not been cleaned in a long time. If they do not pay attention to these things, food is a question too. I like indian food but this was just passable, not... More

I love Indian Food and I have my favorite place in town, but I bought a Groupon for this restaurant to give it a try for dinner. The menu is large and comparable to the other better Indian places in Denver. The recipes are quite similar for the same items as well. I had the saag paneer, seekh kabob, dal... More

We came in for lunch and while it was passable, it wasn't up to our expectations. My husband did the buffet, and the food was okay, but nothing stood out as really good except for the carrot pudding (go figure.) I ordered the lamb tikka masala for $13.99. I really thought that ordering off the menu would be better, but... More

We ordered takeaway from here. Big mistake. The naan was RAW and my sag was so oily I couldn't eat much. The rice was ok, if I'm to add any positive bits. I normally don't factor reviews into my decisions too heavily, but in this instance, I wish I had.

I had to throw out my food it was so terrible. Bland, not sure if the Chicken in the Vindaloo was chicken at all. The potatoes were not cooked and the rice was terrible. The Naan was sweet and gross. Never eat here.

We were going all veg, and Indian Express had a great selection and was very fast. My favorite dish was one I had never had before, Bengan Bharta, eggplant and spices, very spicy, very delicious, served on an equally spicy biryani. They asked how spicy we wanted it, and we said we liked spicy. We got spicy. The restaurant itself... More

Ordered several dishes (chana saag, cauliflower/potatoe, veggie biryani, naan, raita, something else) and they were ready within @ 20 minutes-on a Friday night. Everything was excellent. If you're in the mood for great Indian food in Denver, this is the place to go. They have a sit down area, but it seems that most of their business when I was... More

I had their food delivered to my hotel. On the plus side, the ordering process online was easy and efficient and the food arrived piping hot and is less expensive than other local Indian options in the downtown area. On the downside, it was blah - the vindaloo has unseasoned potatoes (basically boiled potatoes put in the hot and spicy... More

This place is the absolute worst place on earth for Indian food. I was visiting for a business trip and fancied an indian takeaway. 1. an hour later order finally arrived, no delivery fee was supposed to be on it, but after i placed my order was notified that an additional $3.00 was added to my bill, when it arrived... We'd been fans of India Express for a very long time, many many years. That's slowly ended this year after several bad experiences but last week's take out dinner last week was the final (lamb) chop. So many things were not right this last time - where shall I start? First, we discovered when we got home and started to... More
