Clearly the best burgers I've ever had in Denver. The steak burger was off the chains as were the duck fries. YUMMY. Service was a SMIDGE intrusive... but the waitress was fun and so we did not mind. Tasty beer was flowing!!!

This pub is fairly small and likely to be crowded and noisy unless you are into late lunches or willing to sit on the small patio. The "gourmet" burgers are huge and there is a good selection of beverages to choose from.

Stopped in for the first time last night on a whim. Had amazing food and very good service. The only drawback was the kitchen timing. But there was a large party ahead of us (12-ish ppl) so I can understand the issue there. We had the piquillo pepper app which was a flavorbomb of amazingness. I had the Mother Earth... More

Busy neighborhood place with a variety of beers on tap. Noisy ambiance, but this was mid-afternoon on a Saturday and the noise was from close to a full house of good natured people. Service was a little spotty, but good enough. Limited menu by design, but what they do is done well. Excellent fries. Try any of the burgers, and... More

We were downtown in Denver and wanted a place where we could have a good burger, cold beer, and maybe even watch some sports on TV and we lucked out when we found the Highland Tap & Burger. There was plenty of parking on the street and once inside were were quickly seated and have some drinks in front of... More

I enjoyed hanging out here during my last trip. The bartenders were very friendly and service was great. Some good Happy Hour drinks and eats!

Stopped in Denver on a road trip with friends and was looking for a local joint with great Colorado beer. Highland was the perfect match, with excellent service and atmosphere. Would definitely go back!

Out in the area and recommended by friends we dropped in on a Saturday night. Busy place but found seats at the bar. Great beer selection on draft and bottle. Something on the menu for everyone. Highly recommend the smoked wings and the Tap House Burger. Looking forward to going back!

Our Saturday night visit coincided with football so started off being very noisy. Service was excellent as was the very reasonably priced house ales. Burgers were ok, not brilliant. We'd go back for the beer...

The place is always crowded, so I'm unsure as to why they always seem so understaffed on weekends. The food is good, but like another reviewer stated, "don't arrive hungry" because the wait is looooong and your glass will be empty for awhile. When our server did stop by, we ordered two drinks and the food. There are better places... More
