The restaurant is located in the old town square of Fort Collins. The concept is unique. You get your fresh meat, seafood, noodles, vegetables, and then adjust your own sauce. The taste is awesome. You can go as many times as you want. Yummy. Good for vegetarian and meat lovers

Buffet style,Select your own fresh ingredients either follow an illustrated recipe or just choose at random hand them over to the chef then watch as your meal is cooked on a giant hot plate right in front of you. Return to select more ingredients as many times as you want. Great value for money will certainly be back.

I found the food just ok. I don't know how you can make a Mongolian Grill just ok, but they do. The people working the grill didn't seem to really know what they were doing. Just dumped the bowl on the grill and would eventually come back around a move it around a little. I guess I am used to... More

We had gone seldom in the past becaise the food is often frozen and tasteless without tons of sauce. The last time we went, it was very busy and I was disgusted with the lack of cleanliness all around. Just spills and extra food everywhere on the buffet and floors and ledge where you put your food to heat. No... More

We went on a busy night, so maybe that affected things, but...meh. We had to wait quite a while to get our food onto the grill (but props to the grill masters who were working their you-know-whats off) because it was so busy. The place seemed a little worn to me, like maybe it's been so busy for so long... More

We loved the experience of choosing all your raw ingredients in a bowl and then even mixing up your own sauce. You take the bowl to this giant round cooking pit where they grill it for you. The cooks also spin around their spatulas while cooking. It's very entertaining.

Nice place. You pick the protein and veggies. You add a sauce or sauces, there are recipes available. They cook the food for you. It has to be a win win when you pick what you want.

I have been to a Mongolian restaurant that was not an all you can eat and its day and night difference. Maybe because it's an all you can eat the quality and flavor is not there.

I ate here on a Saturday around 5pm. The offerings are typical Mongolian BBQ. You select the vegetables, meat and poultry you would like to have cooked, and add appropriate sauces. Cooks then use a huge skillet like device to cook your order. This is a completely average restaurant. Nothing special. The waitstaff are attentive, filling your water glass and... More
