Great Thai food. Very authentic and original. Instantly became a favorite of our family due it's close proximity to the CSU campus, so we can make it a stop when visiting our daughter who started this year.

When I entered the plaza where this restaurant sits—including tattoo parlors and a plasma donation center—I was skeptical. But I needn't have been. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the food was superb. In fact, my dinner was, perhaps, the best Thai food I've had in the United States. The decor was simple but clean, the presentation was very... More

In a sea of Thai restaurants Cafe de Bangkok stands alone at the top. Imaginative and consistently remarkable dishes, not one of which fails to impress. Be warned that spices are not for the average American palate so best to stay on the safe side and order mild because you can always add more. Located in a small group of... More

I had not realized previously (due to server information) that I could order almost anything on the menu in the gluten-free version. This has opened up so many more possibilities. I had the garlic pepper steak/beef and it was delicious! Previously the server had recommended only one dish as gluten-free. This time the (different) server had offered to serve almost... More

My out of town family insisted on coming here after loving the food last year and I can see why - it was delicious and some of the best Thai I've ever had. Plus the restaurant has expanded so it wasn't hard to get a table for a large party, although we did go early just to be safe. The... More

Authentic, masterfully done, well served, expect a crowd. Makes far Eastern restaurants seem much less appealing.

We headed out to Cafe de Bankok for the first time after an emotional day. The waitress was helpful explaining what was most popular from each section of the large menu. Our orders were delicious and perfectly cooked as requested (spiciness is your choice) and served in a very timely manner. The sauces were unique to each dish and wonderful.

After asking about the level of "heat" I ordered the Massaman Curry. I asked for mild and it was just right, a small kick. It was wonderful. Also ordered a Roti, which was quite good. My companion was very happy with his meal as well. Presentation wasn't much, but the prices were reasonable. Servers were pleasant. The restaurant was quite... More

Went to Cafe de Bangkok for a delicious lunch. I found the prices to be a bit much though for lunch especially. We had the garlic pepper beef and crystal rolls plus pad thai. The spice level was cooked to order (not too spicy) and the service was good. The portions were adequate but the crystal rolls order was tiny... More

This dish is naturally GF and equally delicious. Chicken was moist ✔️ veggies still al dente ✔️ not too salty ✔️ beautiful lingering medium heat ✔️ my only issue is that I wish I had more - I literally ate everythIng on my plate. Can't wait to come back!
