Tasty home made sandwiches in a very casual atmosphere. I like that it's locally owned and not a chain.

Fresh ingredients, fast, bread is out of this world. A great place to snag a quick sandwich on the way to any activity in Glenwood.

We got our sandwiches to go for our supper on the train. They were delicious. Just a little different/odd was the chicken salad sandwich with provolone cheese on it. Italian was tasty with the spicy brown mustard but it could have used the provolone cheese. Other sandwich was the corned beef and swiss - it was good too. About the... More

It doesn't get any better than this. Every custom made sandwich and salad imaginable, not too mention breakfast burritos and a full bar!! We did a big takeout order for the train ride back to Denver, and boy were they delicious.

We just went to chomps for the first time and witnessed (who I think) was the owner verbally assault his employees in front of everyone. He was very mean and argued with them (WHILE taking out order) and then told them to shut up. How unprofessional. The food was ok but seeing that- I would never go back. And I... More

Delicious, intimate, unpretentious and creative little soup and grinder deli next to the hotel with its regulars, fast service and little dining area. Large variety of sandwiches served in three different sizes including a good meatball/provolone grinder, special Italian coldcuts, variety of possible garnishings, delicious caramel milkshake and wish I'd tried the devilled eggs! Good value for your money!

Delicious lunch prepared by friendly folk. The Chomps salad was my favorite --- full of flavor. My husband and son both raved about the sub sandwiches.

We visited because staff at our motel said they offered the best soup and sandwiches in town. First impression was crossing a parking lot that was full of pot holes, indicating deferred maintenance. Once inside, the feeling was somewhat enforced. The counter is where you order, and it is high, creating a sense of separation between staff and customer. Was... More

The prices were good for the huge portions! Really good food! They close pretty early so it's a mostly breakfast and lunch place or we would've eaten there again. Had 2 meals there right by our hotel. (Hotel Glenwood Springs)
