Atmosphere is beautiful. Food lovely. However very disappointed in how the owner treats his employees. In a world you can be anything. Be Kind.

We are two Australians, living in New York City. Our stay in Grand Junction was a last minute plan after we got snowed in in the mountains earlier in the day. How lucky were we! Our dinner (bison ragu; elk carpaccio; wild red salmon;and plum cobbler) was hands down the best meal we've had in the US (and we dine... More

The menu is creative & delicious. Always an enjoyable experience. This is my choice to impress the out of towners during the holidays.

If you would like an overall amazing dining experience, Bin 707 is the place to go! Everything from the food to the wine list takes you on a sensory journey, you never thought possible in Grand Junction. There is always something new to experience because the menu changes often. I know it's popular and a high rating here, but we found it to be VERY mediocre. They claim to be a whiskey bar, but only have 3 scotch whiskeys - all of which are from Japan (??). The food was 'off' and just very average. The can of beer I had was skunked and the glass of wine was... More

Simply delicious. We shared the fresh and roasted beet salad with Chèvre - super fresh and perfectly dressed. When we tried the Berkshire Pork Tacos, which were perfect, we said, OK dessert! The plum cobbler topped it all off. Everyone was friendly, s was our server who was very helpful making recommendations and keeping us happy. A real treat!

Love the contemporary decor and farm to table food. Great menu--changes often. Very busy Friday nights--plan ahead or go on Wednesday--same great food--likely to meet some locals around the bar or old friends. Love this place.

Love going to this resteraunt, The service is wonderful and we enjoy the variety of different dishes. If you don't feel like trying something different. Just grab one of their amazing hamburgers.

It is evident that this restaurant takes the best ingredients locally sourced and is able to manipulate them in the best way imaginable. You wont get just a plate of local protein and vegetables here. The chef's at Bin take those farm fresh ingredients and are able to execute something so innovative and put together flavors that one would never... More
