This is one of our favorite oriental style restaurants. Excellent sushi is our main fare. We have eaten here for years and enjoy every meal.

This is the best in town without a doubt. It is always crowded, so get there early or expect a wait. Don't let that scare you away, it is more than worth the wait. The fish is fresh and always well prepared. Better than other Japanese place we have eaten in other cities so proud of the family for keeping... More

Arrived at 1PM. Pretty full. 2nd in line to be seated. Didn't even see a waiter/host on the floor for over 10 minutes. When they finally appeared from the back they brought food and drinks to tables who, by their facial expressions, had been waiting a long time. The wait staff, who were in no rush, ignored the line of... More

Don't check this place off. It's convenient for the motels on Horizon Drive, just off an exit of I70. These folks have the passion, but they do not have the level of excellence that I want from a Japanese restaurant. You will have food of average quality and preparation. We live here and are watching to see the progress this... More

I've been eating at Suehiros for close to 20 years now. It is one of my top 3 restaurants in the Grand Valley. The fish is always fresh and amazing. No, really amazing! I've had better sushi at Suehiro than I've had on either coasts. Joel the sushi Chef does a great job at presentation and creativity. The food is... More

This was our first time eating here, we were joined by our son and his girlfriend, who have both eaten here many times. The sushi was amazing. I had the scallops and vegetables; it was ok.....scallops were really small and the dish was not very hot. There were some mix up's with our order, and the service was slow, but... More

Very comfortable and could be a good place for friends to meet. The food was really good although this trip around we had a bad experience with the only one dish. Overlooking all of that though, the rest of our food was excellent. More and more this place if promising to be and excellent place to bring the whole family.

It has improved since our last visit. Fish is still very fresh. Service is hit or miss. We visited twice in a week and the rolls are very good. Wish they would offer a daily special.

I came here for dinner while traveling through Grand Junction, and enjoyed the sushi here very much. The prices are great, and the fish was very fresh and tasty. I'd definitely return if in the area again!
