There was four of us and we all had something different. Breakfast sandwich was REALLY good, the biscuits and gravy were huge and the husband said they were delicious. We had a cinnamon roll to split and it was one of the absolute best ones I have ever had (and I'm picky because my grandma's home made ones were the... More

We were expecting very little from any restaurant in town, because it is small and seasonal. But we were extremely pleased with the great offerings, the wine, and the freshness of the food.

We dined here on their penultimate night before closing. We were seated on the side by the bar, so it was very dark and not super great ambiance. Didn't realize there were two sides and that they'd be very separated from each other. Our charcuterie plate cheese had mold on it and the plates were clearly prepared in advance and... More

Actually had breakfast there twice. Service hooked us and gravy was great. The pastries are good munches while waiting on breakfast.

We come to the mountains a few times a year and enjoy dining at the various restaurants in Grand Lake. We decided to try this fairly new restaurant which had mixed reviews but in general seemed to be a good place to eat. The restaurant was small, nicely decorated and had a warm feeling for an intimate evening. We were... More

We had to settle for O-A for lunch as we were too late for grab breakfast at Fat Cat. While the decor is "interesting", the service and food left a lot to be desired. My Cali club sandwich was. Ot a club- no bacon, bread not toasted and turkey was totally tasteless. My wife had a stroganoff crepe- made with... More

In the small quaint town of Grand Lake, O-A Bistro stands out as a top-notch restaurant with an tasty cuisine. We've had two dinners here so far and will come back on a future visit. We've had the six course dinner and both visits were wonderful experiences. Tonight for the main dish we had the Tuscan beef ragu served on... More

We started the day at 4:30 EDT, traveled to Denver, picked up a car, drove to Grand Lake, prepped our equipment for a 6 night backpacking trip in Rocky Mountain NP, THEN went looking for dinner. We had gotten a couple of recommendations, but those spots were packed and noisy. So we wandered the street and came upon O-A Bistro.... More

We had breakfast here and it was delicious!! We sat in the solarium and the waiter was so welcoming. The main dishes come with coffee or juice included. I didn't have room for the homemade pastries but they looked so delicious that I bought one to go so I could enjoy it at the airport. Delicious!! This was our last... More
