Food and service was terrific. Never without a drink and chips were filed before they were empty. Great atmosphere and very spacious. Did not feel crammed at our table.

We used to go to Rio quite often. Then we had a baby and we just order it to go now. We like it a lot. I do believe they're a bit overpriced, but they have a few dishes that we really enjoy. The carnitas burrito is my all time favorite. The fajitas, guac and queso are very good as... More

Always looking for something a little more authentic and this fit the bill. Salsa alone is a 5 star; everything else pretty good. Would stop here again when in town.

Thank you for stopping buy. We do hope to see you again. We run a totally made from scratch kitchen. Even our tortillas are made from in house. Try to make it out here for one of our free concerts this summer on the plaza. We serve our world famous margaritas out on the street on Friday nights, starting in... More

The Rio is so popular you will always have to wait on Friday nights for a table. I t could be their signature margaritas that pack so much punch they limit you to three! It could be the best patio on Greeley in nice weather, or their delicious salsa dip and chips that always hit the table almost the second... More

Hello Downtown, Thank you so much for the wonderful review. Indeed one of the many reasons why I work here is because we run a completely made from scratch kitchen. Even the ingredients are Hormone free, locally sourced and non-GMO. And yes the Margaritas are deliciously addictive. Hope to see you soon. Free concerts and Margaritas on the plaza are... More

Great spot for a lunch, or afternoon Margarita. Can be a little loud, large, and caverness....ie: chilly, cold and boisterous. Summer's on the veranda are exceptional.

I have been here twice now and enjoyed both meals. The menu selection is very large. Great burritos and other Mexican and Tex-Mex specialties. Nice atmosphere as well, the outdoor seating is great if the weather cooperates.

Whenever I crave a burrito this is the place. They have a Smothered Burrito (either chicken beef or steak) that I add fajita veggies to that is fabulous. They use natural ingredients and it shows. To top it off I like to order the famous mini marg frozen. You can't beat it.

My wife and I decided to go downtown for lunch on Saturday & picked the Rio, as it was a nice day and we could sit outside. We had not been there for over a year. It was a good choice, as the food & service were both great. Eating gluten free is sometimes pretty challenging for my wife, but... More

Party of about 8 of us came in for dinner and drinks celebrating a friend's birthday. Best service we've ever had at the Rio, and we have visited on many occasions. Great food, great margaritas, and our server, April was awesome! We never went thirsty. She was on top of everything. Thanks for a great time!

My husband and I went to enjoy downtown Greeley and the restaurant is nice and we enjoyed ourselves. The happy hour drinks are excellent and the food they offer is good too.
