Delicious, fresh and inexpensive! Healthy sized portions. Santiagos is an iconic Mexican restaurant in several northern Colorado locations.

Santiago's tastes like home. Mexican dishes you crave at a price you can afford. Order something smothered in their renowned green chill. You can get it mild, half and half (my choice) or hot. Order one item just plain and an another smothered, I usually pair their moist, flavourful and generously proportioned smothered chicken enchilada with a plain tamale. There's... More

So I had heard many talking about their breakfast burritos and I finally had the opportunity to have them--so good! The green chili sauce is awesome--I got the medium spice and I am glad I did as it was spicy! In a good way.

We went here for a quick dinner and had great service. It's family friendly and not bad. I have definitely tasted better food but for quick food this is ok. We had the soft taco dinner with chicken and 1/2&1/2 green chili. The meal was decent and we will back.

Service is quick, atmosphere is simple, food is excellent, great value for your money. If you are in a hurry, they offer take out. Every morning there is a line for their breakfast burritos. They deliver them quickly.

First class breakfast and lunch perhaps less so for dinner; everything is good and some things are totally outstanding--for example the breakfast burritos.

The food, service and staff are the best. I go to Santiago's at least once per week. The food has always been excellent. I like that they keep to the family receipts. The green chili comes in three types of hot. Mild, for people like me. 1/2 and 1/2 for those that like a good bite from their chili. then... More

We went there after looking at reviews and wanted to try the smothered breakfast burrito. The place is very casual and rustic. Medium hot traslates to half and half of the mild and hot chili. The medium was spicey and at the edge of my desire for heat. It was very good and spicey. It was really smothered and enough chili for... More

Why people love this place. I think it's mediocre at best. I lived in San Diego for years and Mexican food there was good everywhere you went. Here it is lacking. Santiagos claim to fame is the hottest green chile in town. Well of you want to burn out your taste buds with flavorless hot chile than this is the... More

I have been going to Santiagos for years. Their breakfast burritos are legendary here. But if you haven't tried eating here for lunch or dinner, you are missing out. Their pork carnitas burritos are mind blowing. Green chile, fantastic. If you are cold and trying to warm up, try a bowl with half their green chile, half homemade refrieds and... More
