Not flash in appearance, not overly clean looking, but interesting nonetheless. Falafels are home made and the best yet, but they do run out early, salads are authentic Greek, nice. Minturn is s sleepy little town and worth the visit

If you want to escape from fancy Vail, go to Minturn. It seems to be a real town (even in off season). This place has tasty gyros/falafel for less than 10 dollars. We ended up going twice in a row.

Great for lunch! Served hot, perfect portions- the gyro meat is tender, the chickies quickies is just a flavorful. A nice side, service is excellent and personable.

The restaurant was rather dirty, with food scraps on the floor. I was the only customer in the restaurant and the service after I ordered a 1/2

We enjoyed very good food, gyros, fries, and salads but the restaurant very unappealing. I think their business would improve greatly if they did some renovations.

We stopped in on the way back from snowmobiling at Nova. Minturn is THE small town you go through coming back to Vail. An entirely unassuming few restaurants were clustered in the main little street of town. A shopkeeper closeby suggested Nicky's and we headed in. Admitting that the ordering process was not exactly McDonald's in Manhatten, and admitting that... More

I absolutely adore Greek food and keep going to Nicky's Quickie, thinking that things have improved. Their chicken, is not the yummy white meat skewered type, indicative of Greek restaurants. It is oddly cooked, almost rubbery and mainly dark meat. I so want them to offer a yummy, fresh, traditional Greek salad, feta, olives, etc... but they don't. I did... More

Went here for lunch with my family and was grossed out. First the "cook" and only employee there was wearing a black chefs jacket with dog hair all over it. My 3 year old had to use the bathroom. I was disgusted when I opened the door, the bathroom was so filthy that even my 3 year old said "why... More

Relatively new in Eagle, an outpost of a restaurant of the same name in Minturn, CO. Greek style food, gyros, souvakis, salads, middle east falafal. Also Jewish style Matzo ball soup, and potato pancakes. We found the food to be quite good, BUT the place was freezing. I would recommend takeout until they get some heat in the place. To... More
