After spending several days in Pagosa Springs, we finally caught the Baking company open at the right time. They are a quaint bakery shop where one can stop for breads and goodies or even order a sandwich. We grabbed some muffins to save for tomorrow morning's breakfast and dessert goodies for the kids. Also some bottled drinks out of the... More

This place has it all! The breakfast burritos are ok, but the cookies are delicious! So are the homemade pies! I could eat one every day if I had the chance! I am still devouring my way through the menu but so far it all is delicious in my book! Pura Vida!!

We were in Pagosa Springs and stopped here almost every morning to pick up breakfast goodies. Excellent muffins, the criossants were divine! We picked up a loaf of light rye, very good. The only disappointment was that on our way out of town on Sunday we picked up a loaf of Challah to take home. It was burnt on the... More

I always stop by to see what homemade fresh bread is available! They are delicious. The casual dining, as well as easy ordering "to go" is a great reason to stop by!

Coffee is OK, pie is the best. Lines are long and quiche is good. Don't like that they secretly say "if you don't want to leave a tip press OK." Don't like the pressure of that when I'm pouring my own drip coffee. You earn tips, it's not a privilege.

My wife, another couple and I stopped in for some baked treats during a day of shopping. We ordered coconut chocolate macaroons, a pumpkin muffin and a ginger chocolate cookie! They all tasted great! This place sells fresh baked bread that looked good and food too. Great place!

On our way to the slopes we stopped in for breakfast. The place is small and quaint and can get very busy. However by the time your food is ready, you can usually get a table. We sampled EVERYTHING. Scones, Burritos, Breakfast Sandwiches (the best), Quiche, Croissants, chocolate, plain and even cookies, chocolate molasses and lemon cool, coffees, teas, coffee... More

Breakfast burritos are huge. Get it smothered in house made green chili. Ham and cheese focaccia was delicious. Coffee smelled good, but we had water. 4 star rating was because of a dry blueberry muffin. Pies looked amazing. Pleasant service.

So I come in here often. I love the baked goods, I've not had one yet I didn't like. The drinks are great. One thing I don't like is someone in the service business with poor customer service skills. My husband was in there today & told the chubby brown haired girl thank you, & she ignored him! This isn't... More
