Traveling thru Pueblo, decided to check it out after finding on TripAdvisor. Not far from the highway, easy find with GPS. Please don't let the neighborhood fool you. It seems pretty deserted, and the front of the restaurant looks tiny, with no signage other than what is painted on the front. We almost drove off. But there were lots of... More

This mexican restaurant has to serve up some of the best traditional Pueblo Mexican food on the planet. Each time we come to Colorado our plans always include atleast one meal at this small family owned cafe. Try their famous Pueblo Green Chili on anything your order. And don't eat until your completely full, save room for the homeade sopapia... More

Five of us tourists from Texas had lunch here based on Tripadvisor recommendations. None of us liked our meal. I had an enchilada and chile releno and appetizer 'quesadilla'. The quesadilla was soggy, greasy fried flour chips with queso drizzled over the top with no Chile's or flavor. The chile releno and enchilada were drowning in a plate of very... More

Hard to believe it's difficult to find good mexican food on the I-25 corridor in Southern Colorado, but it is! Happy to have learned of this spot because we are through Pueblo at least once a month. Great food. Great atmosphere. Excellent service. Very clean place. Felt like I was in the Pueblo version Mayberry - the real 'small town... More

We stopped in for a late lunch an a Tuesday mid afternoon. We sought the place out because of the reviews here. When we drove up we almost kept on going - the place did not appeal to me from the outside, but we went in. The place was packed, but we were greeted by the owner Mark and seated... More

I asked locals about good authentic Mexican food. I was told about Mill Stop. I was not disappointed. The food was excellent and very authentic. The service was exceptional. I spoke with the owner and he was very nice and gave me a menu and business card to take home. I would highly recommend this local, family owned restaurant.

We visited this restaurant based on other reviews and it was even better than expected! The service was spot on with family members working and greeting customers. The food was INCREDIBLE!!!! Don't miss the green chili or the rellenos. Just a side note - no liquor license so enjoy a big iced tea and dig into the food!

It had been about 20 years since my companion who is a Pueblo native, had been to Mill Stop to eat. We decided to see if they were still open and indeed they were. We got there before the dinner crowd arrived on a Friday night. The place doesnt appear to have been renovated for quite some time but the... More
