There's a reason why The Stew Pot is the top ranked spot in Snowmass! This is the perfect place for a quick lunch or dinner; the service is quick and flawless, and everything that comes out of the tiny kitchen is delicious! We especially enjoyed the veggie chili, mediterraean salad and grilled ham and brie sandwich....over a 5 day trip... More

That's really all that needs saying. This small gem of a place offers the best soups and stews in Snowmass. It is worth the wait just to enter this cozy place to enjoy the wonderful smells emanating from the kitchen but then the tasty offerings live up to the aromas. It is a great little place that provides delicious warm... More

Has excellent soup and stews. Very cozy, no set menu. Menu is on the chalkboard each day. Took home some Chili for another day, which was excellent. Bread was also excellent.

Had dinner here a few times during our stay in Snowmass. We had different kinds of chicken and beef stews- all were really good. Perfect for cold ski days. We also tried the sandwiches which were more than enough for one. Their apple pie is delicious as well! Overall great value, fast service, good food!

We loved the stew pot. There was a long line but worth the wait. We had delicious alpine stew and chili chicken soup, both home made and very hearty. The soups and stews are served with fresh bread and butter. It is located right in the middle of Snowmass mall.

Great place to warm up. Food is excellent, best grilled cheese in Snowmass. Located in Smowmass Village with convent access to all the mall shops. Service is friendly but be prepared to wait for a short while during lunch,,,, they get busy.

The daily specials are always a good bet. My husband had the Green Chile Chicken Stew, and I had the Mediterranean Lamb Stew, both were outstanding. Don't expect fancy here, or frills, this is basic comfort food at a reasonable price. No one leaves hungry, and there are vegetarian options as well. Sandwiches, salads and dessert round out the menu... More
