My first time to a cook your own meat place - lots of options to chose from including shrimp, chicken, beef and bison. Also, pick your own sides and salad bar comes with meal as well as fix your own texas toast.

Fresh food, salad bar and meat. Loved the casual atmosphere and fun of cooking our own entree'. Wish we were more adventurous and added onions, mushrooms, and other veggies to our meats on the grill from the salad bar. Was worth the cost with unlimited salad, and bread. Was our favorite of the trip. Look for coupons.

My husband and I could not decide where to eat dinner while on vacation. Ended up here. Was skeptical and didn't know what to think of such a limited menu. Turned out better than expected! You get a salad bar, pick your steak and side. They give you the steak to grill yourself, with directions on how long to cook... More

Grill your own steak place. Salad bar and sides were average. Compared to other places we went to in Steamboat, I give this place an average rating. Lava cake was really good though.

This place is what I would call a dining experience. We didn't know what we were getting in to. I have 3 children 10 and under and we went here for a good steak. We got right in and the kids were offered a saddle on a barrel instead of a chair. 2 of them loved this. You order drinks... More

You choose the cut you'd like with expert suggestions from the staff. They tell you exactly how long to cook on the grill based on your preference of doneness. Good stuff!

The service and sides were good. All sides are a la carte but your entree does come with an all you can eat salad bar. Steaks range from $20-$40. You pick your cut and grill it up. Unique opportunity to grill your own meat but a bit pricey for an average night out. I had the buffalo steak and some... More

while we made reservations several days before, they tried to cram 5 of us on a four top table, though the place was vertually empty... select your steak at the price of extremely high quality meat prices, cook your own, expectations were not met; meat was tough and chewy; sides, also priced to be great, lacked flavor and temperature. cute... This is an interesting concept for a restaurant. As noted, you cook your own entree at this place which can be fun,but also means a lot of time spent away from the table and away from company with your friends. I'd give the food mixed reviews. All of our steaks were excellent: tender and flavorful. The salad bar was nothing... More

Do yourself a favor if you like steak. Avoid this place. Way to much money not enjoy your meal. The steaks were tough, salad bar was ho hum and the sides overpriced.
