Expensive, but excellent food and service. It is a good choice at Vail. It's a little noise. Maybe they could invest in a different sealing

Absolutely outstanding perhaps the better Matsuhisa and Nobu that I have visited. We visit many times Matsuhisa and Nobu in Los Angles, Aspen, New York, Milan, London, Miami and in my opinion this Matusisha in Vail is the best
The food was so delicious, I can't wait to go back. They fit us in during the busy NYE week and it was so good! Service was great too!!!!
