We had a good Hibachi meal. The chef was entertaining and the staff were attentive. Thank you very much.

The restaurant is actually physically divided into two sections: To the left, it's the Tapanyaki Style made famous by Beni Hanna. A room full of sizzling tables where the chef comes out & tosses the shrimp around in front of you: it's fun but beware that this is a favorite for G'Wich kids - you'll be seated with strangers and... What a joy to return to Abis. It has been remodeled and it looked great. We we warmly welcomed, with wonderful suggestions for lunch. Can't wait to return.

A great evening out. Entertaining Hibachi chef. Full dinner including shrimp appetizer, soup, entree with rice, vegetables noodles and ice cream for dessert. Reasonably priced especially considering it is located in Greenwich Ct. Can get a little noisy because there are groups celebrating birthdays with children. Best to go with a group unless you want to sit with strangers.

Think of the worst Benihana you have ever been to. Now pour oil on the carpets and let it marinate for a while. Then add 75 children and exasperated parents. Then stuff yourself with the saltiest meat you can imagine. I have been here about ten times now for various kids dinners and it gets worse every time. Your clothes... More

We went for Sunday brunch. I did not plan to get the buffet but it looked amazing. It was amazing. The miso soup was fabulous, lots of sushi choices, fresh fruit, lots of asia food options.

Excellent Japanese food! The best for me is the Tempura, but all of their food is great. Service is a bit weird at times.

Always fun visiting Abis. The hibachi side is loud as expected but the chefs and waiting staff is great. A shoutout to Julie. The more traditional Japanese side is also very good. Nice sitting at Tatami table. Food is solid with exception of Korean that was so-so. Love going there and we try to visit a few times per month.

Abis is a really good restraint in Greenwich. The service is really nice and the setting is very nice. There are two separate sections to the restaurant. One of the sections is a habachi section where your food is cooked in front of you and there are also a few cool tricks like an onion volcano. This section is best... More
