Typical lunch fare. Sandwiches are a bit too much, are messy and pricey. Once upon a time, before this company went public, the fare was excellent. That, however, was 2 or 3 decades ago. It is consistent and you will likely enjoy your food. Their catering is very good.

A walk in off main street downtown. Nic facility (good quality chain offering). The only down side is I won't go there between 12-12:30 as you can't get in.

Westfarms Mall doesn't have a Food Court, just a few small fast food chain places. Au Bon Pain is our family favorite for a coffee, a juice and a snack. Perhaps service is a little slow, but so what? There's no hurry in a mall. The sandwiches, pastries and hot snacks are fresh and the coffee is good enough.

Food is okay. In my opinion too expensive for what you get and service is not great. I only come here when I have to (bad weather outside) since I work nearby. Love the manager though. He's very helpful. Just seems that everyone that works there does not want to be there.

I work at this hospital and AuBonPain is open 24hrs so I can grab a sandwich if i'm late getting off. I don't eat here much because the sandwiches and soup are average at best. Very bland. The only thing I have tried that I really like are the cranberry coconut macaroons, they are very good.

Hey, it's a food chain. But a pretty good one! Consistent on quality of food. The one I go to is at Hartford Hospital, but there are obviously other ones. Whether baked goods, fresh breads, salads, sandwiches, or coffee, the staff ensures that everything is always fresh. I don't do "fast food" stuff, but Au Bon Pain is definitely not... More
