Very disappointed due to all rave reviews. Burger was very dry.. I got lettuce when I didn't order any and I didn't get onions that I ordered. Fries were good. Won't return.

Went to the recently opened franchise in Oshkosh, WI. My first and last visit. Very disappointed. Besides the aforementioned potatoes, the place was extremely noisy due in large part to staff were constantly yelling. The "grilled" mushrooms on my burger were canned and definitely not grilled. The "grilled" onions on my friend's burger apparently were only softened. Burgers were otherwise... More

For a quick lunch in the mystic area we went to grab two dogs and fries. Everything was great, the dogs are full of taste and the fries are excellent.

It is The usual Five Guys and nothing remarkable, but a decent burger for the price and the fries are fresh cut and you really can't ask for anything more. If big juicy burgers are your thing and you like your burgers cooked medium then this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for a step... More

My husband and I had lunch here while in Mystic. The location was somewhat difficult to find. It is located in a small shopping plaza. Food was good. Hubby had burger. and fries (yummy). I had a hot dog which very good. Its a typical 5 Guys. Restaurant very clean. Would recommend for a light lunch, or food on the... More

First time since be been in here, we don have them in the UK but I've never ventured in as I don't really do fast food. I was a little bit hungover today so only time I want this food, the restaurant itself was nice & clean. My husband ordered a cheeseburger & I ordered the little cheeseburger with everything... We have been to a number of 5 guys so walked in pretty much knowing what to expect, We both order a single burger and a medium fry, which is more than enough food. The burgers were correctly prepared and the fries were hot and tasty. Service was quick and for 6 pm they were really not busy.

My wife and I went there yesterday in West Vancouver for the first time since my friend told me that it's famous for it's food. The decor of the place was like a ordinery cafe, not really Architectural Digest material. There was a big puddle of water near the Coke machine. Although a warning cone was there people still had... Walked here from the Mystic Aquarium across the street. Great burger selection and the large fry was big enough for three people!

If you have been to any five guys location you know what to expect. Good juicy hamburgers custom made to your order. Peanuts galore. On my visit here the staff was extremely friendly and efficient.
