Love love this place! Always has interesting specials but keeps the menu "go tos" as well. Shop next door has the best cheese around and features lots of other charcuterie products. Make a reservation or forget it

My sisters & I were so excited to try Caseus after seeing the menu online!! However once we saw that they cook with peanut oil we left immediately. I am able to eat nuts & most peanut butters but am deathly allergic to peanut oil!...More

I have had the pleasure of dining at Caseus a few times and each time was wonderful. The food ranges from burgers and fries to much more refined offerings. Do not let the thought of burgers and fries deceive you though, there is nothing mundane...More

Great menu, specializing in cheese. I love the grilled cheese, its so crispy and ooey gooey on the inside. The Onion Soup is A+. Check out the cheese shop too, they really know their stuff.

Is there anything here that is not delicious? No. And those behind the counter know their products and give great advice. Samples available!

Owner Jason infuses the entire operation with his special enthusiasm, dedication and enterprise. Go for lunch when you can visit the attached cheese shop, also the best in the area, or go for dinner and simply be surrounded by happy people and astonishingly successful pairings,...More

300.00 for grilled cheese sandwiches?? Very overpriced. Way too much bread and very little cheese at this new haven bistro. Service is horrible. Had to ask several times for ice?? Really? Parking is also horrible as it is located at a busy intersection. The food...More
