On a recent long weekend, my wife and I decided to get away and visit some old spots from when I was in the Navy. We visited Groton and many memorable locations. The Recovery Room was on the list and we are so happy we stopped!!!! The pizza is still as excellent as ever. We enjoyed both the sausage cacciatore... More

Visited for lunch on a Saturday. Seated quickly by the owner. Waitress service very slow. Bread was terrific. Margarita pizza delicious, prime rib sandwich overdone, even after requesting rare twice - i blame that on the waitress not informing the kitchen as the rest of the party was very happy with their dishes. There was not a gluten-free option, but... More

The food was great, especially the tortellini, but everything is good. It can be a little busy but worth the wait

Love their super fresh salads. Pizzas also very good. Service can be iffy depending upon how busy they are.

A casual lunch out with my husband....turned into a surprisingly delicious treat! We had been here once before( we are new to area) and we enjoyed it....so we were happy to try again and so glad we did! This time we tried their pizza...the clam casino. It was to die for! I find normally clam pizzas can be on the... More

Great pizza but their meals are great too! My last visit was a take out order of pizza and the Chopped Pasta Salad. Chopped pasta salad is my all time favorite salad with chopped romaine with grilled chicken, crumbled bacon, gorgonzola cheese, ditalini pasta, red onion, cherry tomatoes and sliced mushrooms topped with basalmic dressing. The salad is large enough... More

This is my go to place for dinner. Whenever I have late night meetings, come back from months of travel, or just want an amazing dinner I head over and see Jack and Luigi for soup, salad and........depends on the night. Sometimes I have Jacks Penne no peppers (succulent jumbo shrimp, yummy Italian sausage and amazing red sauce) or the... More

Smallish interior, nondescript exterior but this New London landmark is bringing real quality and flavor to it's patrons. There's a small bar, great house wines and draft beer. The food is excellent, the very best salads in the area. Calamari is different and delicous! In a slightly spicy cream sauce. Pizzas are small with great variety. Try a red &... More

Just had a great lunch with my husband. Very friendly waitress who explained the specials. Several to choose from but we opted for a pizza! Oh boy it was good!! We ordered the clam pizza that was thin crust. Served with red and yellow peppers, Carmelized onions, crispy bacon and clams. Sprinkled with cheese. Prior to the pizza coming we... More
