Simply the worst Focaccia ever. The restaurant and especially the bar area was filthy. The place is simply tired and should be avoided.

Like many people have written, the view across the bay is spectacular and a drink on their terrace in the evening watching the sun go down is wonderful. We have been to South Africa on several occasions and have realised the food served in restaurants is ok but nothing special generally. The Blue Waters Café didn't disappoint in that sense... More

the restaurant is very popular and the view of the sea and promenade is really good. My food, a chicken schnitzel, was a tad dry and not so tasty, but my friend's salad was delicious. The service was fair, and it overall I would rate it as OK, not great.

Inspired the sea I ordered fish and was not disappointed. In fact a very pleasant evening and extremely good service. The restaurant was busy and boozy but it all added to the atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

Great people watching and views. The service was awesome too! The menu has a variety of choices. I ordered the seafood (Hake and Calamari). It is nice to have a choice as to how it is prepared (fried or grilled). The wine selection is nice - limited on purchasing by the glass but the glass portions are generous!

Had the Blue Waters Special cocktail - delicious! Staff was very friendly and professional. Definitely worth a visit. Didn't have time for food so can't comment on that.

Eat here often. Food good but sitting on the balcony and looking out onto the Bay and, if you are fortunate, watching the Dolphins swimming past is just the best. Good menu with bargains such as the meat, fish or vegetable boards make this a very good choice for eating out in PE.

If you are in PE and need a hearty breakfast I can recommend this cafe, on the waters edge with ample parking. Nice atmosphere

As per the title, we found meals to be competitively priced compared to other eateries and we found service to be above average.
