I have eaten here a couple times when I'm in the area. Both times the food was good and the service was too. I like that they have option for "smaller" pasta plates (I'm not a big eater). They have a great menu and lots...More

been here many times, usually get pizza and salads, always good and friendly. Usually busy, good options...only complaint is their wine selection is pricey....this is not a cheap date, but best pizza on shoreline
A few times the food was good, many times it was not. Not sure why, whether it is a chef issue, or supplier issue. I would not recommend. Service is not very friendly, or good either and for what you are getting, they are pricey.

My friend, who has a condo in Old Saybrook, loves this place. We had a late lunch and had, of course, a pizza, which had a wonderful thin crust. The place was almost empty so we chatted with our waitress who is applying to medical...More
Started with the butternut squash and apple soup which was delicious, and had the small plate of spaghetti and meatballs. The service is wonderful and the servers are knowledgeable. The specials are interesting too. Ambience is wonderful, good for families too.
Whether you want pizza Or Italian gourmet selections, this is the right place to go. Fresh bread, pasta, excellent meats and seafood selections. Nice wine list. Can get crowded so make a reservation. An upbeat environment and attentive staff. You must try it!

The free bread, coupled with nice olive oil put on the table, was great! However, my chicken parmesan was no better than a frozen entry available at the supermarket. The lunch portion, priced at $15.50, was about the size of a small hamburger and came...More
There are many Italian restaurants in and around our community, so many I wonder how they all survive. But this one is consistently enjoyable, excellent veal parmigiana, good wine choices, friendly staff. We enjoy this restaurant for it's comfortable ambience and have often taken friends...More
