Visited the Colony Grill with 4 adults and 4 kids for lunch. We didn't expect much from the exterior of the building, the inside is older and outdated. However the thin crust bar size pizza was very good! Note they only serve pizza.

Visited the Colony Grill at the recommendation of a friend who lived in Stamford at one point. Told me it was the best thin crust pizza he'd ever had. Well we went-and we agree! The pizza is super thin and crisp-so good. Followed recommendation and had the hot oil on 2 of the 3 pizzas. It was just enough 'extra'... More

I've been eating pizza at the Stamford Colony Grill for 35 years. I eat at least one pizza a week. My favorite is sausage with stingers. The service is friendly, prompt and the longest I've waited for my order is 20 minutes. I love that they only serve pizza!

This is a Stamford landmark! The best pizza but recently had a weird smell. Certainly this dampened my experience in a small way. I love this place .. the people:. And the atmosphere

I'm a native New Yorker (New Yawka). I'm opinionated about pizza so it is a surprise that I like Colony. It's a thin crispy crust with a nice selection of topping. My wife and kids love Colony. The kids must go to when in town.

Right off the bat it's extremely to dark in here to eat. The pizza lacks flavor, I find it hard to believe that people rave about if I can count how many pieces of sausage are on my pizza it's not enough. And not to mention the onions were speghetti length. Our server was very nice and did well. Over... More

This has to be the best pizza in town maybe even in the whole area. There is nothing like this style and taste for CT. Really not that pricey and you'll pay anything to eat this stuff. Good meal!

Colony Grill is about as Stamford as it gets! This place has been here forever, since the 1930's and is frequented by locals all around town. The pizza is not like typical pizza, but it is delicious. You might have to wait, but it is worth it. If you like spicy, go for the stinger pizza! Colony has been featured... More

I'm not a big pizza fan but loved their pizza pies. Thin crust with tonnes of toppings! Good value for money.

Iconic establishment that is a must if you are a true pizza lover. Thin crust pies with a hot oil topping that is excellent. You will not be disappointed.
