This is a popular restaurant that has been here for a long time. The average patron is more than twice my age. It was packed when my wife and I went. Service was rushed and I suffered butter poisoning. End of story.

Very pretty restaurant for an older distinguished crowd. We hadn't been here for many years, and had forgotten how well prepared the food was. Service was excellent, dinner is expensive and very good. It's a busy place, even off season, so make reservations.

The food was so amazing; escargot, dover sole, chicken in a Chablis sauce. I loved the ambiance; felt like I was in a European fine restaurant and the staff make you feel like a VIP!

If you love Classic French/Continental fare and don't mind being transported back into the 60s, then this is the place. (Be forewarned, if you are under 60 yourself, you'll be among the youngest diners in the room.) The somewhat pedestrian location and building on one...More
