went Saturday mid morning for brunch with a couple of my friends the meal and service as always was spot on great coffee, recommend a visit to Salty Squid to all my visitors from out of town.

We had the chocolate sexy cake, not sweet at all and washed it down with their delicious coffee. Looking forward to their butter milk pancake stack next time

Great food, great service and will come back next time we are in town. Would suggest it to anyone travelling past to stop in and have lunch and a coffee

Came in only for a cuppa and a snack. The service was very good and the staff very happy and friendly. May not have a view of ocean being one street away but the people made up for it

Best caramel milkshake! Happy to accommodate a family of 10, 5mins before close time on Easter Sunday with takeaway coffees and milkshakes!

Had a fish and chip and cuttle fish, both are yum, loved the tartar suace that come with fish and chip, nice place with warm hospitality, just around the corner from gorgeous beach, highly recommended

Description
Salty Squid is a seaside Cafe/ Takeaway, in Toogoom, just 20 minutes from Hervey Bay.
Specialising in Home made Sour dough bread, french breakfast pasties,Breakfast and lunches, Tuesday to Sunday, We also do Dinner once a month on a Friday night,(First Friday of the month) bookings only.
We have a Foodies philosophy, We only work with the freshest produce when it is in season, we use only local product. Some times there is a little disappointment when some thing is out of season or the weather has interrupted the supply chain, but we work with what we can get. Makes life interesting as well as challenging!
We do encourage feed back and we constantly try and improve on what we are doing!
