Best BLT's I've ever had. Chicken salad is wonderful. Owner is very friendly. Try to eat there at least once a week.

If you're looking for a simple, tasty, home-cooked lunch in a romantic old Florida cracker house then this is your place. I chose Kona Joe's from TripAdvisor based on Its dog-friendly policy. Its a chsrming breakfast and lunch cafe on the island outside of town. When I walked up with my 2 dogs very late for lunch and found the... More

Popped in for a coffee and sat out back to watch the wildlife in the saltmarsh areas of Cedar Key. Excellent people serving you, very friendly!

Can you say absolutely loaded blue crab quiche! It was wonderful but a little pricey - as is everything on the island. Quirky indoor decor and lots of patio seating. Didn't get a picture.

I recommend the egg & cheddar omelet on a kaiser roll. Excellent quiche and coffee. Sitting area on the back deck overlooks the marsh. Rebecca, the owner, is friendly and efficient. Try it!

ON our way out of Cedar Key we wanted to get some breakfast, so we stopped at Kona Joe's. I was so glad that we did. The special of the day was Blue Crab Quiche--YUM!!!!!! There was no skipping on the crab, and one of the best Quiches I have EVER had! The breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and ice cream were... More

My wife and I returned to Kona Joe's after having lunch there in 2013. I think it has changed owners, but It still is delightful with a lovely water front setting and a most friendly owner and staff. They still have the blue crab quiche and while the serving size is a bit small, it was delicious. It was nice... More

We stopped here for brunch and had a wonderful meal outside on the porch. I had the blue crab quiche, because of the great reviews, and it was delicious. I highly recommend stopping by Kona Joe's to eat. However, when you pull up make sure to go to the left side of the building. My fiance and I thought they... More
